The interior design concept is conceived as a life story, of roots and memories, of times and places, of spaces and sensations. The idea is to walk through the apartment from the beginning, the roots, that of the limestone, set sail and sail towards this film of life. It tells the personal story of our client, Alejandro, a lover of luxury and exclusivity, who was looking for something unique and amazing. The interior design is based on the contrast and harmony of materials, textures, colors and lights, which create unique and surprising atmospheres. The tour of the 16th floor is a journey through the earth, sea, fire and air, which are manifested in each space with a high level of quality and sophistication. Art, culture and comfort are present in every detail, creating spaces that reflect his identity, his history and his style.

Vestibule
A portal to the roots, where the grandeur of limestone stands out against a background of dark marble, creating a dramatic contrast. Underfoot, a white marble floor reflects natural light, while the plaster ceiling and black glass in the storage area complete the monochromatic palette with a touch of modernity.

Main Hall
In perfect harmony, the main hall is a stage where culture, art and comfort intertwine. The dining room, with its copper frame, frames an extract of volcanic stone, evoking the raw force and untamed beauty of nature. The main table, under the soft lighting of suspended ceramic pieces, becomes a miniature natural landscape, a microcosm of movement and softness.
At the opposite end, the living room takes on a sober and sophisticated tone. The furniture, with its curved lines, is accompanied by a palette of textures and colors that provide tranquility and warmth. A black marble plane houses shelves full of sound, sculptures and literature, the custodians of culture and knowledge. The fireplace, with its longitudinal crack, becomes the protagonist of this corner, offering a fire that dances to the rhythm of conversations and shared moments, creating an atmosphere of intimacy and elegance.

Toilet
A journey to the depths of the earth, where darkness becomes a canvas for elegance. Floor and walls covered in black veined marble create a sense of depth and mystery. The black glass ceiling reflects light, doubling the height of the space and generating a feeling of spaciousness. Black fixtures, faucets and copper mirrors contrast with the natural organic stone sink, creating a fascinating play of textures and colors.

Family Room
An oasis of calm and style, where the predominant palette in grays and neutrals is enhanced by subtle color details that add depth and vitality to the environment. Carefully selected textures in the materials and warm lighting define the contours of the environment, creating an intimate and welcoming refuge. Here, the search for comfort is combined with a refined aesthetic, offering a perfect space for relaxation and personal connection. The design invites interaction and natural flow between the rest and activity areas, reflecting a lifestyle that values beauty, functionality and harmony in the home.

Kitchen
A setting where elegance and functionality intertwine perfectly. Underfoot, a veined white marble floor captures and reflects light, visually expanding the space. The cabinets, a symphony of dark wood with copper inlays and glass panels, offer a sophisticated contrast that harmonizes strength and subtlety. The central island, crowned by a dark steel hood with copper streaks, stands as the soul of the space, fusing the elegance of black marble with the warmth of copper. In the dining area, a natural wood and copper showcase stands next to a round white marble table. Here, an ethereal design lamp hangs like a work of art, illuminating family gatherings with a soft light that envelops the space in an atmosphere of contemporary and warm design. Recámara Principal
A refuge with a distinctive character, where equestrian touches and earthy aromas evoke the freedom of outdoor life. The interior design plays with the duality of materials, copper-striped wooden panels provide a warm and textured background that contrasts with the natural stone of the headboard. The bison leather bed base adds a tactile and robust dimension, underlining the aesthetics of strength and elegance. The lighting has been conceived as a play of scenes: from the overhead light on the ceiling to the general lighting emanating from a central pendant, complemented by filament pendants on the bedside tables. This lighting design not only enhances the aesthetics of the space, but also allows the atmosphere to be modulated for each occasion, offering everything from functional lighting to an intimately cozy glow.

Guest Bedroom
Inspired by New Art Deco, this room exudes a sophisticated elegance with a monochromatic palette that plays with shades of bison, white, and copper. The wooden floor provides a warm and natural base, while the walls with velvet panels in different tones create a rich texture and visual depth. The natural-colored rug complements the curved furniture, which follows the pursuit of a classic yet renewed style expression. The meticulously designed lighting plays a starring role in the bedroom: overhead light from the ceiling creates an enveloping atmosphere, complemented by gold pendants suspended above the bedside tables, casting a warm glow and adding a touch of glamour. Sofia's Bedroom
A dreamy canvas where innocence and fantasy intertwine in an adventurous journey inspired by "Alice in Wonderland". Pastel pinks and soft whites blend with wallpapers that narrate stories of animals in an enchanted forest. The lighting, with a chandelier resembling leaves and pendants in the shape of floating clouds, adds its touch of magic and wonder. The rabbit-shaped bed, covered in a rich pink velvet fur, invites Sofia to immerse herself in a world of stories and legends. Beside it, a rabbit lamp on the bedside table watches over her sweet dreams. The fluffy white fur rug and the pink and white curtains embrace the space with softness and tenderness. Polished gray stone walls rise with nobility, surrounding an L-shaped sofa that invites conversation and rest. The polished concrete coffee table, with its fire element, pulsates with life in this sanctuary, while pendant lamps weave a dream of light and shadow. The minimalist bar and hidden wine cellar are secret gems that promise encounters full of delight and wonder.
